Welcome to Westover Hills Section C!
Westover Hills was founded in 1929 by Mr. William duPont Jr. through his Delaware Land Development Corporation. He established criteria in the original Deed and Agreement to protect our community by ensuring the high aesthetic standards and peaceful, quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood are maintained. There are ninety-three homeowners in our neighborhood and each homeowner is a member of the Service Corporation. The purpose of the Service Corporation is to help maintain one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the area as well monitor issues in the wider community that could affect our Westover Hills Section C. This website will serve as the communication hub between the Service Corporation and homeowners as we all work together to keep Westover Hill Section C the type of community we have grown to love.
